We'll soon know if its possible[:p] Dont forget clapped out with heavy blow by and headgasket leaking coolant into cylinders[:u][(#)]

Last time I did an oil change, the engine had sat for a few weeks. When I removed the sump plug about 500ml of coolant ran out before the oil[:u][(#)] And then it ran a 12.2@116.5mph[(#)]

    They are one tuff motor[;^)]

I have everything ready for the rebuild so I might as well see how far I can push it[:p]

As long as the lag can be kept to a minimum it's all good These RS500 style rear housings make the installation alot easier, especially being able to run an internal wastegate[;^)]

    Great stuff Phil. Thanks.
The Nostalgia boys run a little NOS out of the hole to stop the Turbo lag.
    Have fun blowing it up[:x)]

300kw at the wheels should be a real hoot.
Can't wait to see the results.

Phil. i just fitted a gt30r to my rs500 integrale wastegate. i made 400bhp to the wheels on 29psi that was spiked then boost tapered off to 24psi. next run i will be hitting 36psi!!! on pump fuel

THAT was just replacing the standard t4 and fitting the turbo.
im waiting for my dyno tuner to get a program to re tune my webber pectal board ecu. i will let you know the result.

Good choice in turbo for a standard engine!!!! you will still have lag.. probably the same sort of lag a standard t03 engine gives!! which isnt bad considering the final power output!

Good luck with it! hopefully you can get the power desired easily!
