yeh,thats good news (for me),as for ford verification I have a letter from ford regarding my RS however they couldnt/wouldn't tell me how many RS autos were manufactured.

Further, we can advise that the automatic transmission was an option available on the Escort RS2000. I plan to accumulate all it factory options back to at least the garage for it to be transformed back to it original state when im finished playing with it.I need an auto box and volante wheels so far.
