alot of things have happend of the last few weeks and alot of decisions have been made, instead of updating for something newer ive decided to go all out on the tina, after going to the dyno day and gettin a lame 62 hp atw ive decided to put a bit of a worked pinto in it , and depending on the cash flow ill also get it fully resprayed in the same colour through a mate of mine

also ill put up pics up of the rust repairs that got done a few weeks back..

from memory it was slightly under david vizard specs,

56 main jet
0.017 power valve orifice
4 " power valve
so smaller then those ,hopefully the jetting will be alright for the new engine

its a bit boggy down low, but up high its great, cant expect to run that lean with a v8 carby anyway

well after ALOT of bad luck, my new engine is in, and cranking over (long storey with immobiliser and starter motor) was startin to lose faith in the old girl but hopefully itll be running within the next two weekends, depends how much motivation i have, then i might go for a dyno run and see if theres much of a improvement over 62 hp

well after a few late nights working in the dark it finally RUNS , after alot of bad luck ...snapping a timing belt turning it over by hand(yeah dont ask haha) theres a deadly rattle coming from rear of engine so ill drop into work and borrow compression tester and pray i haven't bent a valve, idles over great for a huge cam doesnt stall even at 800 rpm, well its a bit to loud to go revving it at this time of night so ill have a bit more of a play on the weekend and keep you all updated
