Banjo Bolts required are 10mm X 1.0 mm and you need 4 x 10mm copper washers to get a propper seal. I am gettig them from a mate but you can get them from the HEL website or any brake part supplier. Just google them. Cheers Matt

Hey Matt Here is a pic of the caliper dummy fitted to the strut along with the manifold splitter and a braided hose to suit, everything fits nicely. Cheers

it is a banjo fitting crimped on he hose and 3/8x24 banjo bolt. banjo is the only option as the splitter inlet design doesn't allow for a flare connection. If you wanted to run a pipe from strut bracket to the caliper as per factory you would need banjo to flare adapter( I almost went that way but because I was getting some braided hoses made up I went one piece braid from inner guard to the caliper. Here is a pic of a final fit. haven't bled the system yet as I am waiting on the pads. No problems on either full lock as the braided hose is identical to factory hose once it goes through the strut bracket. Cheers

Hi Guys Ive just finished my conversion as well on my rally car, i went with the hard line from the caliper to my braided lines i already have i also changed to alloy hubs, longer studs and i went for the the slotted rotor as well... If anyone needs help i can help now as well :) cheers Matty

Yeah was pretty busy on it over the break took a lot longer than expected... as they always do! pretty happy with it now, just have to test it all out :)
