If left alone long enough will I get a black one?

People have asked for some pics.

Both cars together and CLEAN

Now where did I leave my camera.
I couldn't find the right camera so these will have to do. Theres always something.

White car is 500 replica 4x4
blue car is genuine 500 2wd

Which car do I like best???
Hard to say both are totally different to drive.
White car you can abuse Blue car you have to respect.

I was lucky enough to see both these cars on the day the photos were taken and i must say that the pitures do not do them justice!! really well maintained and modified cars!!

the blue car is very quick... I WANT IT [8~2]

Tristan, I am about 350km from nearest strip and I don't have a suitible diff at moment (I have busted 8 on Launches Or basicaly every launch would break a diff)
I spent a year and heaps of money on a touring car diff and got Fooked over.
I have just replaced rear tyres with 215s and have done a couple of launches Huge wheelspin but no breakages.
Traction is entertaining again as TY found out and nearly pulled my door handle of (good job I took it easy with you TY)[88][88]
There is a track going to be built about 20km from where I live so that should be good next year.
The 500 is going up for sale in a week or two as I want to develope the 4x4 car and get the chocolate transmission ready for more power.
I also want to start on a new project that will give double the power to weight of the 500.[:p]

I had a good run from bundy down to Hervey bay the other night against a guy in a Masserati turbo and when we met the next day he couldn't believe the way I snaked away from him at 100kmh but he was most excited by the amount and size of the flames comeing out the exhaust. (good job there was no police about) He now wants to run his Farrari against me (rich sod)
I did however cover his masserati with stones as I was wheel spining. (oh dear oh dear[88][88])
what's the fun in owning a car everybody knows is fast???

Ps I did re-fit a GRP A cone and filter. But far to noisey.
It did increase the idle and made the car feel much crisper Maximum boost in position 9 and not 12 The engine was obviously geting its air supply much easier.

Now im jealous, two 3 doors in one household! Would be very interested to know what you are after for the 500? What are the specs on the engine? rebuilt, factory management, t4 ??? etc etc

Hi Damion, Nigel,
At the moment I am in negotiation with a couple of interested parties if these do not reach a mutaully good deal in the next week or so then the car will be on the open market and I will be more than happy to anwser any questions.
I do not feel at this point it is fair to use advertising the car as a way of increaseing any pressure to sell to parties involved.
I feel both parties have to be happy in any deal and I have given my word that the deal and parties involved stay Private.
I like to treat people how I would want to be treated myself.(I am sure you understand)
If the car does not get sold then I will post its availibility on this forum.

Congrats on the sale Mark, and congrats on the purchase Ty! can't wait to see some big pics of the 500. Oh and thats a tough call between an Escort cossie and an rs500, i dont think you can choose between the two!

WOW nice clear pics of the white car.

You can see why I don't take pics now.......... I am just a [:o)]

Thought the other guy would leave me alone now..... but no he now threatens to buy the white one. Everything has its price. I could end up cossie less [:u]
My marriage to Escorts went 14.5yrs cosworths is only 11yrs[8~2]
The longest I have owned an Escort was 8yrs and that was my RS 1600.
The white cos has been 11yrs and was one of my first purchase of 3
I have had 100s of other cars just always an Escort or a cos in the garage.
4 Escort cosworths came and went but the white sierra was still there.
Will it be there in a year????
