Yeah G'day Matt. I bought them from a wrecking yard in Sydney. The guy said they were out of a Mazda sport car not MX5 or RX7. He said it might have been a Familia 4wd. They were black with thin purple and green stripes in the centre. Not bad for $180.Recovered in 'brock' burgundy velour.

Hello, Simmons 15x7 OM's.I walked into the tyre place & asked for this particular rim in offset to suit a Twin Cam.For tyres we put 195x50 on the front & 205x50 on the rear.My Dads a panel beater, spray painter and he rolled & flared the the front guards and rolled the rears the best he could as these are double skinned.Only rubs with 2 people in the front& the back you have got to hit a good bump for them to rub.

very nice little Escort laurie,
well done. ive been wanting to know the size of the wheels for a while. i want a set for my esky wen its finished. could u get a smaller dish and tuck them under the guards a bit more and still run a 205 u think ?

13's would probably do the trick, but I wanted to bring an old style car into the future, but not to far as I didn't want to make it look like it had wagon wheels on it.I would'nt swap the 15's for 13's though.Just remember when you order your rims to ask for an offset for a Twin Cam,thats all I did.The results speak for themselves.

Yeah hello Eli, sorry for taking so long to get back to you the engine as far I know is standard as this is the way that I bourght it from the wrecking yard. Gave it a degrease and paint put a Burton rocker cover on it and put it in.Unigroup Engineering told me it is the best standard 2lt that they have had on their dyno. It revved to 6200rpm but power dipped @5800.A significan't incrase of power was made just by usind 98 octane fuel and running a 3.45diff ratio.
