Cossie on Carpoint

I have noticed there is a black Cossie for sale on Carpoint.com.au for $29800. It has been for sale for months now and I was wondering if anyone on this forum is familiar with it. I'm surprised that it has not sold yet. Also curious as to why it would have required an engine rebuild after travelling so few kms. Does anyone know this car?
