Awesome, 2 cortinas!
Great to see you've got the important things sorted, like recond engine, electrics and rego. When will you begin the cosmetic side of things?

Good job, wish it was that easy in NSW. I've spent the past year getting this Eski ready for rego here hehe.

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys, this is my first full rebuild, something iv wanted to do for about 8 years but haven't had the time/motivation/knowledge Im extremely happy with the way the motor runs, dragged off my mates 3800v6? vn commy today with out even trying!! freak she goes hard for what she is!!I know I shouldve done all the body work first but was itchin to drive it as it wasn't roadworthy when I got it, my plan is to run in the motor then get all the bodywork touched up when Im away at work ( I work 2 wks on 2wks off)it has only got four bits of rust in 5c piece size under the rear boot seal and shouldnt be as expensive or as long a process as the motor was waiting on parts etc hoping to drop it off ata mates the day before I go one time and pick it up when I get back so His bro-in-law can do it on the cheap, more updates to come
