As my car is almost finished I shall post it in this section.

Yes pretty happy, it's only taken 7 years, still a few things to do but that just the on going charm of owning this type of car.

Looking great. Is that a Burtons/Mangolet'si inlet manifold? And is that the throttle cable coming out from the front panel?

Yes that's the Burtons manifold, I had a redline one but it wasn't compatable with the linkage kit as the balance bar on the linkage hit the web between 2 & 3 on the redline manifold.
Yes the throttle cable does come out of the front panel.

Very nice, the engine bay is beautiful, superb!
A nice touch running the pin stripe instead of the standard lines lower on the body.
It needs UK mirrors now to suit.

gee, the accelerator cable is long, very neat not going over the engine.

Have fun with it now, and don't hide it after so many years of effort.

Lovin' that engine bay. Well done.

How did you do the join where the firewall meets the heater plenum? Looks very smooth and doesn't appear to have an obvious join like some I have seen that have done that same mod.

Sorry I don't know as the body work done by the previous owner, I brought the car as a painted shell.
