While I was there, they took me to the British Car Museum for a captain cook. I was astonished at how some of Britains finest were being treated. It was $5 to get in, then it was go for your life. No commentary, no guided tours and you were lucky if he spoke to you. I asked him where he kept his Missus. He laughed and said...."this is her!". He also must have been in on a plot to take over the worlds supply of jack stands. (See first pic for evidence) I was disappointed as there was only two Mk2 Escorts and no Capris.

After that, we visited the workshop where my friends Daimler was being restored to it's former glory. That's when I found this. A 1980 Mk2 Escort Ghia 1.6L.

All in all a trip well worth it. I also saw about 100 jap imports that I would have loved to bring home. Only problem is, there is only so much you can fit in your suitcase.
Regards,
Craig.
