Is there anything you or I can do to nip this in the bud ?

These criminals just change their WEB ADDRESS EACH DAY as they know most of us "BLOCK" them, and
being morons wanting nothing constructively/meaningfully good in their lives, need to persist with their preying on the un-informed ............ they only need one victim a week to make it worth their while as they empty their victims' bank account ......... another sad indictment on being a peculiar variety of human.
