I've done a few zetec escort conversions , the last one i used mits magna hose which was cut down and used a joiner to help with the angle . The water rail that was used was from Paul Dunnell in uk . So what I'm trying to say is find something close, maybe 2x hoses and adapt them to fit if you can't find the right one first time round
