Mk2 Sun visor pivot and C pillar trims

Hi Guys,
 
Does anyone know where I can get the plastic block that sits in front of the interior light that the sun visors clip into?, and has anyone got any C pillar interior trims for a Mk2 4door? The ones on my car are sun damaged and eaten away.
Also I am looking for a set of door cards in black?
