ad blocking on this forum

Each time I visit this forum, even as a guest, I receive the following invasive message in large red highlight:
 
"We have detected that you are using ad blocking software.
The Classic Ford forum is made possible by ad revenue.
Please disable your ad blocker to ensure that this site lives on."
 
Yes, I go to a lot of effort to protect myself from unwanted and obtrusive information.
I interpret any information (call it what you like) that I have not asked for, or requested, as offensive and an invasion of my privacy, personal space, and the equipment I use.
 
It is my choice to protect myself by keeping the ad blocking software permanently in place.
