Fuel cells

I'm thinking that I might get a new 20L or so fuel cell to replace the standard side tank on the mk1. Only going to be doing hillclimbs and some track days, so don't need to cart lots of fuel about. Was going to mount it on the other side of the car to offset the weight of the driver too.
Does anyone have an opinion on if these ebay tanks are any good?

Or is there a better option? ie. do I need to spend more to get something decent, or will something like the above do the job?

cant be any worse then the 'standard' aftermarket escort tank with the spare wheel shape!
be careful where you mount it. Offsetting behind the rear wheels might lead to odd handling...might not as the original tank was offset?
    Hmmmm
