Mark 2 Escort 2 door; Factory 2L 4 Speed. Sydney

1977/8 GL 2 door, 2L, 4 speed, banjo diff. It is a Factory 2L car by the numbers.
Mostly complete except for interior and bonnet. It has RS guards fitted but it is not an RS. No other RS parts are with it.
Has been stripped for paint and was running prior to that. Visually there is little rust; some in the LHF floor pan which has been poorly fixed and bubbles coming through the LHR 1/4 just behind the wheel arch. Firewall appears sound but I have not pulled the heater out.
Worst part is it has had a roof put on it. The work is low rate but would be OK once fully trimmed.
Paint is rubbish; looks good but badly done.
Sold as pictured; wheels are 13 x 6.5", the glass is there and doors have internals. Engine has not been started for some time and I have not tried to start it.
No interior at all.
I have fibreglass bonnets to suit at extra cost as well as the rust panels you may need.
$3,000 or close offer.
