330 sounds about right, mine has had 50mm taken out with 60 series tyres it now sits at 280. In saying this the engine has been in, out, then in again and hasn't seen any road time so hasn't settled.
GL should be the same height as RS as far as I know the rallye pack springs were just stiffer not lower, I could be wrong though..... Hope this hasn't confused things anymore.......

Thanks guys thats what needed to know 330mm.
With mine sitting at 295/285 tells me the FLL13SL super low, are not what they say.(they are the same as peders lowered springs)
