Ford Cosworth performance - Zetec conversion

- Raceline 220 spec Ford Zetec engine (2.0 litre), dynoed to 183bhp at the wheel (approx 230bhp at flywheel) plus 13km of running in. Max rpm 7,500. BDA rocker cover; SPC aluminium bellhousing; Raceline wetsump; Jenvey 45mm throttle bodies; 3.5 Kg lightweight flywheel; Powermaster compact geared starter; billet brackets; 50amp alternator; Magnecor leads; Raceline 4 into 1 stainless steel headers; Raceco titanium silencer and SuperTrapp stainless steel muffler available. Built and installed by John Masala Race Engines. 

- Quaife Ford Type 9 gearbox; heavy duty with needle roller bearings on each gear; 5 speed semi-helical synchromesh (2.39, 1.69, 1.21, 1:1, 0.87). Quaife aluminium casing; Quaife steel lever and billet operating block. Rated to 250bhp. 

- EFI Technology ‘Euro 1’ computer complete with all engine sensors (Lambda/Oxygen; air temp; etc); shrink wrapped connectors; MIL-spec ETFE flame retardant cabling throughout (rated to 150 degC); Loom is shrink wrapped; cable ratings and loadings optimised; Bosch injectors. Designed and installed by Superior Automotive Services. All wiring diagrams available.

Selling as complete turn-key package. Car is being sold with its original Lotus-Holbay engine and hence this package is spare.
