The item description stinks of bullsh/t. I've lost much faith in ebay. Too many dodgy sellers jacking up prices by using secondary accounts. And there's no way ebay can stop it.

Sheesh! Over $1300 and still time to run. For not too much more I'd sooner get one of those fully reco'd ones from Smcka that has the taller first gear. Wouldn't mind that 1st gear in my 4 speed actually.

Yeah it will be interesting. I think type 9s are getting pricey cos theyre getting rarer these days! Either that or people are just grabbing for cash!!

I just did exactly that. But mine went for just over a third of the price of this one... On one hand I wish I could've gotten a bit more cash, on the other hand im hoping this will bring me good escort karma and some reasonably priced purchases in the near future evobda2 I might look into bringing some in from the UK if they continue to go for these silly prices haha

This price must of went to sum peoples heads, i was promised a type9 by a forum member witch was to arrive today, but i had a quick look on ebay yesterday and he had it on there. The best bit of it all i had my old gear box out thinking i would have a five speed fitted tomorrow, sorry for the rant but it f##ks me off when people mess you around with parts.

Have a look at the Bid History guys - the winning bidder has a 100% history with this seller. I'm not saying it's bogus, but if it looks like and smells like it, then it usually is. I'd expect they were pushing the bids up to lure in someone who might not know their stuff. I withdraw from bidding when you see other winning bidders have a very low number of purchasers made and a big percentage of the bidding is done with that seller.
Some people make things happen, others watch it happen and others wonder what just happened - which one are you?
