Hills driving

I took out the esky this morning up through the local hills. On the way out I stopped at a servo to check tyre pressures. Fronts were at 16 and 37 Ha!  The tyre shops always over inflate them dont they? (the 37psi was thanks to punture repair @ Bob Jane) Rears were around 20.
So with 32 up front and 28 at the rear it was time for some sweet cornering action! I was getting some good forces around the bends and noticed how poor the drivers seat was under these conditions. I really like the MK1 low back seats (no head rests) but it would be good to get them into better condition somehow. What sort of costs would I be looking at to respring/recover front seats?
