Posting photos

I posted this on the pub and got no replies so......when I try to post photos its ays the max size is 250kb. Do I have to make my photos smaller size wise, or do I need to do something else?

    You just need to make the file size smaller. There are loads of free picture resizers on the web or you can alternatively upload your photos to a service like Photobucket and then post the link to it here.
