Download photos issue .. ?

Hi ... just trying to download a couple of photos (jpg) to my showroom posting but am having no luck.  Have used the paperclip icon and seems to be working fine then get a either a diagnosis error or says it has not downloaded.  Any suggestions.  Have not had a problem in the past.  thanks ....

    Upload to photobucket then copy paste link into your post?
