Mk1 escort square headlights

Its come time to mount some lights and out of all that I have I cant get a decent set so a few questions?
Can the reflective bit inside the light be redone?
Is there left and right buckets?
Whats the best to clean the buckets?
Has anyone used these?

    i got a set of eBay lights recently, not too bad with the quality, had to bend the locating tabs a little to make em fit though. haven't actually lit them up yet either. they do look good though.

    are the OEM sealed beam? Ebay ones you can change bulbs?

    OEM are not sealed but use a different type of globe to your normal "H4", ebay ones use conventional "H4".
