Escort Drag car "NEW" Sell or swap for dirt bike !

Hi all im new to the forum but i have a Escort Drag Car which is brand new never raced or at that moved under any power other than me pushing it. Its for sale or swap for a dirt bike so just let me know what you have got and we might be able to work out a deal. Is currently on eBay at moment link to it is here >>>

A bit about the car .....

It has 3/4 chassis, ladder bar rear end, 9" diff, adjustable coil overs, all caged and tubbed, sheetmetal done, tailshaft loop buit into the chassis work, gearbox mount also, rust free body & floor, seat mounts there and race seat supplied, but what you see is what you are getting !!!

Im after $6500.00 for car or swap for similiar value dirt bike Eg.. KX450f ??? yz250 ???

    Mate no offence it is only a drag car as you have said and for the price there is alot of other cars that are drivable compared to what you are offering if you sweeten the deal you may get a bite and sorry thought id tell you the truth

    No offence taken ... but wat ive put into the car to date is just as much if not more than some put into there road going cars.
    If you know wat ur looking at u wouldn't actually make a comment like u have, u would know its cheap and a bargain at that.
    Im not here to have a go at u or anyone one else for that fact but im just on here to get my car out there for sale u never know wat some people r looking for.

    The car has certainly had ALOT of work put into it. The money your asking isn't all that much for someone wanting a light sheel that is practically ready to go.

    May I suggest advertising it in Dragster or a similar targeted audience magazine. This forum is geared more towards street/circuit cars of the older Ford variety....that being said...if I had the money and a decent Cossie/5.0L Windsor.....oh the trouble I could get into!!!!!!

    ....hey how about spraying the front orange and adding some Mexico stripes to generate interest...better still borrow a set of Convo-Pro's and re-shoot the car and generate interest that way....presentation is paramount when selling a non running drag car.

    Thxs for the advice .. Its on all the drag sites which I belong to only been involved in the sport for something over the 12yr mark .. lol
    The car got painted like that so it would stand out from 1000 other drag cars at a meeting its very noticable, Maybe a nice SR or 2jz would go nice too and allow it to still be rego'd or mod plated depends on state u live in.
    If i put a set of wheels on it to boost advertising awareness then people expect them for the sale price to include them .. I have convo's or weld's here plus a set of Alumastars to suit the rear end all at extra cost to whoever buys car. As u said its all dont for the rite person to just finish off and enjoy.
