Maverick

Hi All,

I was watching a drag show last night called "Pinks All out" and in the finals was a 1970 Ford Maverick. This car is very much like a Capri in many ways, with a slight cortina TC/TD front end. I looked it up on wika and noticed it came out with a 302 - This was produced at the same time as the Capri was in America - a bit strange having the same company bring out 2 cars with very similar looks and charecteristics that would be in direct competition with each other.

just thought i'd post this as a matter of interest - if you go to google image and type in Ford maverick 1970 you may see what I mean.
