Help to identify what model it is!

Hello everyone, my relative has this car for many years. It is 1962 Anglia 1200cc. I don't know what the specific model name is. Does anyone can help me out?

Another question is what the approximate price is if we want to sell it? This old card can run but the appearance isn't good though. Thanks!

According to the Haynes workshop manual it is most likely a 309E - 1198cc 5/7cwt van. If it has seating for more than two people (ie rear seat) it may be a 123E Anglia Estate Car. Cannot help in terms of value. They are probably quite rare now.
