unable to change email address

Hi,

I have tried a number of times to change my email address in my profile, but without any success.

My old email address is xxxxxxxxxxxxx
My new email address is xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Even with receiving the confirmation email, I am still unable to change it.

Help please :)
