    Lads and lasses,

    It is nice to be back with some intelligent and perhaps errr, 'seasoned' people...

    Long story short;

    A few years back Rex used to work for an importer, He hooked a mate up with a JDM MX5 B6 engine, g'box ECU and loom package a couple of years back. The mates Locost project is no longer and he has no use for the lot.

    Was leak-down tested prior to sale and sold with start-up warranty (which has lapsed, ofcourse), never turned since. Just stowed away hoping for a Clubman future.

    When the boss bought the car in Japan to wreck, it 'had cams' but Rex was never able to confirm this. Rex has a faint memory of measuring via vernier the lobes as larger but the camshafts had no identifying marks (if memory serves Him)...

    If anyone is interested, let me know.

    Price around the $950 mark and located in SA
