1300 Escort Auto

Original carby fitted. Can we upgrade this to a 32/36 and not cause any problems? I have a few of these lying around. Alternatively I can try to obtain a 32/32 if that is deemed better. At this stage these cars seem to have a single throat carby fitted... Anybody got any ideas? Thanks. Ken

    Im sure you can change to 32/36 easy,no probs. you just need a adaptor plate i think if i remember correctly, linkages are the same as stock . I dont know were to get an adapter plate from but you can buy my whole manifold and carby in a few months as i will be junking it. http://classic-ford.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=21431
