It's funny my 1966 Xp Falcon & a mates 1957 Fairlane 500 has a dimmer switch yet in the 70's they decide to go backwards go figure.

I assumed that the lucas units wouild be the ones as they were used on a lot of Mustangs etc. Ok so are the Wipac units made of unobtainium or can they be sourced locally.

Good idea reversing the switch might be doing the same thing.

Yep can swap the on off position on the dimmer for you

Refurbished switches & new carpet have arrived today & they look fantastic thanks JR for a great product.
