what's a 2.8i worth?

Anybody want to nominate a figure for an original 2.8i? Manual, sunroof, seems rust free but thats TBC.
No idea what they would sell for and want to see if I can afford one.

    10 to 20, dependant on rust seems to be the usual price bracket

    I would agree between $10k - $20k depending on body condition and motor and also ensure it has a compliance plate and rego history depending on what state you are in.
    I bought and sold my 2.8i for around the low end of those figures but it would have needed a full respray eventually....

    I just saw a escort twincam on trading post for 8g. Already sold but what it tells you is keep your ears to the ground and be ready to pounce the instant something comes up for the right price.
