Beevers Auto Panels

Found this guy on ebay uk. Anyone bought from them before and what were their panels like?
Express panels are too much so not them.

Yep I am waiting on a rear repair section for myself as we speak. Freight was very very cheap. Seeing I got quoted by classic cars 45 pound more for the exact part.
Im still waiting for the part it has been over a week but considering the conditions over there if I get it within 2 weeks you have to be happy with that..
Highly recommend these guys. I ended up getting extra parts with no additional freight charge which is not heard of.

I am looking to order 2 sills off Beevers but he is quoting me 100 pounds just for the postage and then the goods on top of that... that seems excessive to Newcastle, Aust. Is this alot or is this normal??

UK freight is stupidy dear, also a sill will be longer than a metre so you pay courier rates not postal rates IIRC Scotts old auto rubber in Oakleigh Vic list sills for MK1 capri

When you consider the distance I dont think it's that bad. I got quoted $500 to get some recaros from QLD to Perth by road. UK rate was $800 by air. The UK seats were in better cond and by the time I factored in re-trimming costs it was cheaper buying them ex UK. They arrived in 1 week, so just as fast, if not faster than Aus road freight.

Same for my steering rack. Buying ex UK was about 1/3rd the cost of getting my old one recond here, even with postage, and it was delivered to my door.
