Old Ford fan back again
Hi Guys ,I have been using the forum for some time now and thought I should put a pic on of my 2 cars . After 12 or so years without an Escort ( had 10 !)and prompting from a mates purchase,I have been looking for 12 months or so for a decent 2 door .Without luck I settled on a 4 door GHIA ,cleaned it up and had it looking nice ,you would not believe it , then found a 2 door the next week !
Please forgive the new 2 door pics there was no room at old owners house for a decent pic , front guard looks a different colour in pic but is OK during day not sure why it looks so different
Just sold the 4 door this week and now planning the 2 door mods
2 door is a 77 factory 2 l ,was auto changed to manual at some stage so has large tunnel already , was factory endrusted so is the best shell I have seen in a long time , zero rust on c pillars or boot seal area and only small amount in front floor and behind the wheel arches , none in heater bowl, 100% bog stock but that will change
Have already purchased some parts so thanks to Lucas and Escort King ( Ben ) for helping me out so far
