50 years of Baskerfield @ Tassie hill climb.

Did any Tasmanians go to Baskerfield last weekend?

A family friend just finished his MK1 circuit racer, all good till the last race, In grid for the start-guy in front lost the gear stick out of gearbox(not a esky)off the start, while the Cossie MK1 was flat stick in second with nowhere to go.Photobucket

And a couple from a hill climb and my Uncle John's MK1 Cortina.

It's been a race car all it's life, The driver/owners panel guy is already onto it.
Drive them like race cars, fix them like race cars.
This is what the white esky did looked like.
