Maybe we could do the 25th of August.
I am flexible as to when we do it, it seems to be a very busy time of year though..
It is normally $7.50 to get into the park in peak season and will obviously be busier.
I think the 25th August will work, what is everyone elses opinion though?

I think we should lock in the 25th of August.
From discussions with Mark and Phil, we will be putting on a BBQ for everyone and may even have a bit of a bon fire. At this stage we will head off from thornleigh macca's at 10am and meet there at 9:30am. We will then head off down old northern road and out to lower portland.
I will confirm the date by the end of the week.
I will need a show of hands as to who will be attending so I can get an idea of how many are going to attend.

The 25th of August has been oked by the Park owners.
It will be $7.50 for a day pass into the park, but as I said we will be putting on a BBQ for everyone who attends. We will have the park to ourselves by the sounds of things.

It can do, that would be a great detour actually.
I will include it in the new route.

The 25th of August is the day.
Meet at Thornleigh Macca's at 9:30am and depart at around 10am.
We will then head up Pennant hills rd to Hornsby to the Pacific hwy and follow Galston Gorge out to Old northern rd, then a left turn onto Wisemans ferry Rd, right turn onto sackville ferry rd and finally a right onto The River rd.
Journy should take around 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
We will then have a BBQ and fire. Then head on home some time in the Afternoon.
It will cost $7.50 to enter the park, but the BBQ will be thrown free of charge.
Should be a great day, really looking forward to it.

Had a excellent cruise and it turned out to be a beautiful day.
Great day to be sitting down near the river and having a BBQ.
It was a bit of a flop numbers wise with only Sean, Mark and I turning up, but never the less it was a great day.
