I have a 1970 Cortina MKII 440L which I am currently building up. Purchased back in 2003 and the car hasn't been touched since 2004. the plan is to finish the car this year
Hello John I just read your email, it's great that you have had contact with the club in a few different ways. I look forward to you joining and being able to get the Cortina up and going. I also hope you will enjoy the outings and events that our club has to offer.
Hello John and welcome to the club. It is great to see another Mrk2 Cortina in the club and a 440L at that.
We will have to catch up and have a chat about your project, I have a 1971 440L Auto that I am doing as a rolling restoration (if you are interested there are some photos of in the Members rides section under Glenn’s Mk2 Cortina)
I hope to see you at some of the outings (the President’s Mystery runs are always good fun, even if the Cortina is not running you can bring your day driver)
