Does it mean a display showroom car?

Nah. It was preordered with the options he wanted. The dealer also put in an AWA tape deck for him. Which I suppose I will have to put back in as well.
I still have the same number plates from the first day it was registered. But will probably swap over to club rego

Kris in the first pics
Doors are open and it shows black paint behind the door cards befor turning yellow. Is this done from original or is it done at a later stage by yourself

Once the car has club registration
Are you able to change it back to normal daily driving registration?

Sure can, I let the rego lapse, but have a hold on them with VicRoads (its a 5 character plate)
However I don't think I can justify $700+ for rego vs. Club rego

any progress is good progress!
Nice looking panel gaps too, much closer than mine Krusto.

I sacrificed a full length front bumper also to make Capri bumperettes,  long ago  before I found they could be bought.
These were the ones ordered last year from Vietnam, there's a few threads the Vietnam supplier. Made from stainless, and so far so good.

I am most likely going to have to buy those ones as well mate. Although I would prefer full bumpers.

Did you need the RS mount?

probably would have been better if I used rs mounts, as I imagine they would keep the bumpers more aligned and stop them going crosseyed.

As it was, this was just with the std bumper irons, and a bit of patience to try and line/hold them up straight. But happy enough with the result.

I have an ok front bumper if you need one.

Hey all!

Well the panels and welding were completed back in Feb, but its been waiting for a spot at the painter to start the sanding and paint.....

Hopefully soon as I would like a project to work on over the warm months.

I know right! He knows I have the cash sitting there waiting as well. I was hoping for a Xmas project to work on over my break.
