I'm going back old school. Ca18det sale - expressions of interest

West Australia / Perth.

Finished my project. It's fantastic. Now I'm converting back to pinto and webers. For sale my 300kw conversion kit. Everything you need to get the ca18 det into your escort. Asking 8 thousand for the lot. The complete motor done 450kms!contact me through the forum for more detail.

    Now sold the full blown motor - thanks. (funny actually as its now going back into a drift car)
     
     
    HOWEVER - I still now have all Mk1 Escort suitable bracketry, rack, cross member, exhaust, suspension legs, all bits and bobs, computer / turbo and radiators / intercooler to get a CA18DET into your car, for really not a lot of money.
    PLUS - thinking about it, I have a second engine, that I used to mock the layout of everything, that would do to make a full kit again if any one interested, it is not be as race, ie- no cams / head work, but still very strong, forged rods / pistons and new bottom end, just no trick head, eitherway, again still very trick and an easy 260-280 proven horsepower out of the box, even have dyno sheets for this one!
    plus full management system to program to dial it up, conservatively you can easy be near 300 - 340Bhp boost dependant. I challenge you to get that power by spending $5k on your pinto / Xflow!

    Bet it cost a bit more than the requested 24k ( by emptying the catalogue )to get it looking like that.
    All depends what it is for... go, show, investment, engineering practice, fun, trade, car for life...
    Hmm it's a tough one.
    Crying shame he had to sell it, bet he misses it already.
    I know I would.
