I always see this car on the way to work - and it looks awesome.
Dare I say it - this colour/wheel/flat front/bumperettes looks better as a four door.
Nice to chat Mish and should catch up for a beer sometime.

Thought id dig this one up from the double figure pages
ive been a busy boy lately and the escort has been seeing its fair share of love.
Late last year i decided that the engine i was currently running was getting a touch on the tired side, so i had planned a full rebuild with the aim for reasonable power, but without going silly money wise
This idea was later scraped as i gathered quotes for machine work, rods, pistons and the such. for the power that the engine would produce and the amount of drivablilty i would loose, as a daily driver i thought against the idea.

Mean while i searched the internet for conversions that i could undertake To cut a long story short i decided to fit a bpt motor commonly found in Laser TX3 turbos, but in the correct configuration using MX5 parts. Engine was sourced and the build commenced ill now let the pictures do the talking New Engine Std BPT - Stainless Steel Mandral Exhaust Manifold - T28
