These elders at Maccas were so lovely, not car people at all, but just loved the shiney engine bay and our car club enthusiasm with cars...

Thanks everyone for a great day. Was nice to catch up with so many familar faces again!

P.S. Sean and Mark, how did the drive through Toukley go? I still think it would have been much faster than back down the Entrance Rd.

Hey Mark it went well, we had an absolute blast...We took some of the old road without a sole about and that was brilliant, 2x RS2000 in convoy was awesome...

Great to meet up with great people today!

Yeah that was good fun. I returned to the F3 after our old road blast only to see that there was "An incident on Pennant Hills Road - Expect Long Delays"... so decided to cut back up through Hornsby and do a Galston Gorge run. The RS thought all it's Christmases had come at once.

Others took the Gorge too, also "we" were spotted by couple of people that I met up with last night totally separate to Ford's. "Were you guys up at The Entrance? I saw a bunch of Escorts..."

So good to see all the similiar clubs getting together to appreciate each others cars, make new aquantainces, and share some FORD stories.

Bring on the next one!

Dave.

Dave! CheeRS - Excellent feedback from all that attended, we will only improve on location, route and information...Look forward to the next one with more for all attendees. Thank you to the car owners for making the effort to come along...I hope you had a good time...We will make the next one more exciting...
Sincerely in Ford Blue,
Mark.

The Novocastrians were happy...Next time will be even better - I will look to add more diversity and exemplary organisation from SFCC...

Me and Barry took the old road back. Pushrod power at its best; we overtook 4 bikers; 1 even got scared and pulled over to let us past , pushed a Vectra along till his brakes near caught fire (pooh-ee) and generally made a menace of ourselves.
That little Angria sure takes a corner well and its no slouch.
When's the next one?

That was an excellent drive back to Sydney Thank god we acted appropriately just before the RBT. I thought the car would stink of brakes and heat, but all was good. I bet others behind us mentioned something to them!
That Vectra was crap, he was flogging it and in the end I stopped changing down and just stayed in 4th, cruising
Your Esky looked great in the corners and pulls hard all the way, a job well done.
When I got home, eventually (no warning of impending slowness on Pennant Hills Rd) I checked my tyre pressures, 25lb all round. Might leave them there
All in all, a nice Sunday driving
