I joined the club at the Concourse last weekend. I have owned my 1980 RS2000 since 87, but it has been off the road since 2003. Restoration started about 2 years ago. somewhere recently I read that RS stands for Rebuild Slowly and it is true in my case. The Engine has been rebuilt and the car is mostly stripped down for the body work and paint. I am also a member of the RSOC I hope to have the car back on the road for next years Concourse.
Welcome Glenn All good resto's take time and money, sometimes you don't have the money but you have the time and when you have the money you don't have the time. We look forward to seeing you at the club events you don't have to have a running car to take part in the club, but it makes it more fun
