I mainly use it on the weekends as well.
Serviced by myself approx every 3000-5000kms, I've also done a coolant flush and replaced the coolant.
Has a clear title.

Mods:
-Apexi air intake (pod filter and covered)
-New exhaust fitted
-Lowered
-LED Interior & dash lights
-Aluminum billet gear knob
-Nardi steering wheel (replica)
-Front foglights (tinted yellow)
-Pioneer DEH-X6550BT headunit
-Front 6.5" Sony Xplod XS-GTX1622S speakers + tweeters
-Rear 4" PolkAudio DB401 speakers

Other Info:
The good:
-New battery and alternator recently fitted
-Rare 'screaming chicken' badge
-Straight body

The bad:
-Minor scratches on the paint around engine lid (just the clear coat) from a bird walking on my car
-Rear pods may need attention (only cosmetic)

Overall Condition: I'd say its in very good shape considering its age, there is no rust on the car from what I see and the interior is in pretty good shape as well part from a very small patch of wear on the drivers side and a cigarette (?) hole in the passenger seat (this was not from me as I'm not a smoker so I'm assuming its either previous owner or the jap owner). Nothing is missing from the interior as I'm a fussy owner and tracked down whatever parts that were missing to begin with.
Always kept clean and tidy, vacuuming the car every 2 weeks and washing it every 1-2 weeks as time permits.

REASON FOR SELLING: Not in a rush to sell as I love this car! But would really prefer the cash as I just don't have time to enjoy it anymore.
Contact me for more info if required.

Pictures:
