I'm happy to be proven wrong, but that's awfully light for a T-Top Turbo SW. My SC AW, with driver and fuel, is 1,163 and it's carpet and sound deadening free . . .

What type of weight saving have you done to get 980KG?

I have not done anything, whatever previous owner did..
That was with almost no fuel and me out of the car.
I did it on a weigh-bridge out of interest.
so with me and petrol for every day cruising it is about 1100KG.
