I have some spare brake calipers at home - 36t25 is the part number. Came off a gen 2.

Not looking to change i just want to replace my back right one as it is completely toast. The reason im asking if parts are interchangeable is that i cannot find a mr2 parts car locally and i need this part asap. Trying to avoid ebay or online stores unless i really need too.

Can I ask why you're looking for something different? Most other cars will have a significant front bias, so stock setups wouldn't suit the MR2 very well. Standard Gen2 Turbo brakes are pretty decent and quite cheap, Gen 3s are very good for a street car, and there's quite a few off the shelf options to go further beyond that.

Hello guys, New to the mr2 and this forum

I was just wondering if there are any Toyota models that have interchangeable parts with the mr2. The reason im asking is because I've heard that some gens of the toyota 4runner have the same/similar wheel hubs as the mr2s Also the celica and supra have similar parts as well leading me to think that maybe the mr2 has a sibling.. I have searched the forums but came up with nothing and I am in dire need of a brake caliper asap. Can anyone shine some light on this for me?
