Also for any one in Perth..
I'm certain that flexi drive in welsh pool carry the sender unit, and can make new speedo cables for about $40 and the turn around is about 2 days, I had a custom throttle cable made up for the engine conversion in my daihatsu move for about $28 and picked it up same day

Thats odd, rev2 should be electronic speedo.

Send your ld one to road and track and theyll send a refurbshed one. Cost will depend on how bad your one is.
