I just lifted it with a resonable ammount of force and the lid pops loose. most of the subs are gone though, so you might be better off installing a slimline one instead

MR2 super live sound system (Mosus)

Hey guys just bought an MR2 GT coupe and I was looking at upgrading the sound system. On my hunt to see where I could put a slim line sub and amp I found that the passenger's side doesn't have a box it has a "super live sound system" but I don't think its connected. I was just wondering how to open that compartment? and what other people have placed in there?
I don't want to just go in there pulling random parts incase I break it.
