I checked, its an ajusa gasket set. It looks fine. The alloy sump goes on with goo thought right?

Jun? Or ajuno? If its jun the japanese brand then that'd be fine.

Or if its a decent quality one etc then either way better than goo imho.

Just putting my oil pump and rear plate on the block.
Would you recommend you use a gasket or just sealant? I've seen engines done both ways.
I have non-genuine metal gaskets but I'm thinking maybe just a thin layer of sealant would be a better seal.
Recommendations?
