What does the CS Time switch do exactly? I'm having similar issues to what wiz described (coughs out on first try, leave it for a few seconds then starts).

Cheers.
Re: Cold start issues (Mrskylighter)

I think I have a cold start time switch in my spares collection if you wanna try another sensor?
Re: Cold start issues (sx_corolla)

Thanks heaps for the advice Wiz, it sorta of settle itself out now but has its moments. Starting my car in the morning it usually idles at 2000k and eventually warms up.

Recently the car sputters and sounds like its struggling to start up/running very rough, revving under 1000k. Takes about a min before the revs increase to 1.5k and warm up properly. Once warmed up, the car run fine. Restarts with no problems when warm too.

Ive read it could be the cold start injector / sensor or time switch? Getting mixed info on the net. Bringing it to the mechanic soon but worried its doing engine damage.

Thanks heaps
