In that case you would have to replace the wheel stud.
Re: Broken Wheel nut removal (nick12)

Loctite Freeze & release. The nuts are done up way too tight and i ended up snapping my tool in there. I tryed drilling a hole and screwing a self tap bolt then slide hammering the broken piece out, didn't work. Ive also tryed welding the snapped bit on the nut and cracking it but i ended up braking the weld off. I have to get the wheels off to change tyres next week because Im up for rego very soon. Any ideas how i can get these wheels off without damaging the stud too much? Evan if i have to damage my rims i dont really care because i have a set in my garage that I can put on.

Please help
