brand isn't really an issue for me, just need something to get the motor running.

hey guys, chasing an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a return outlet. it's for a 1mz swap, so i think it needs to able to handle around 40psi (?). new or used, just figured i'd see if anyone has anything, otherwise i'll get something off ebay.
